Cello Kickstart: A 3-Week Adventure for Kids

Give your child the chance to discover the deep, rich tones of the cello! This 4-week introductory course is designed specifically for young beginners to explore the instrument in a fun, high-energy, and supportive environment.

What’s Included?

Over four weeks, our mini-cellists will go from "zero to hero," learning the absolute essentials of the instrument:

• The Big Sound: Learning how to pull a beautiful tone from the strings right away.

• Musical Play: Engaging rhythm games and simple melodies that build confidence.

• The Basics: A gentle introduction to sitting with the cello and holding the bow correctly.

Cello Logistics

To ensure every student is ready to play from Day 1, please note the following instrument requirements:

• Bring Your Own Cello: Students are required to bring their own instrument to each session. Having their own cello allows them to get comfortable with its specific size and feel both in class and at home.

• Hire Options: We understand that sourcing an instrument can be a big step. A limited number of cellos may be available for hire at an additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to check availability for a rental.
